YK/YAQ series large-scale forced synchronous circular vibrating screen is mainly used for particle size classification of crushed ore in ore dressing plant. The products are divided into light-duty （single, double layer）, heavy-duty （single, double layer）.The feed size of light-duty screen is no more than 100 mm and the feed size of heavy-duty screen is no more than 350mm.
The Main Features Are As Follows:
1. Grease lubrication block-eccentric vibrator is used for YKQ type, the YAQ uses thin oil lubrication shaft-eccentric vibrator. Among these, thin oil lubrication vibrator is adopted for special sealing structure of independent patented technology. There is no oil leakage and little maintenance.
2. Dual motors are synchronous and cog belt is forced synchronous. It has reliable running.
3. High-intensity ring groove riveting structure improves the overall strength of screen frame, suitable for production conditions of continuous operation.
4. Light-duty screen is equipped with tensioning decks such as metal woven and polyurethane, etc. The upper deck of heavy-duty screen is equipped with block decks such as punched, rod, etc. The lower deck of heavy-duty screen is equipped with tensioning decks such as metal woven and polyurethane, etc.
